If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to the competent courts of Anyang City, Henan Province, China.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its intent.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
